To Be Continued was created by Gold Coast local businesswoman Rachal-Ann Halliwell after recognising a gap in the market for personalised leadership development. It is designed to help individuals become an exceptional person who leads by example with emphasis on values, kindness, clarity, precision and care.

Continuing on from her successful corporate career in sales leadership and people development, Rachal wanted to share her passion to help others progress in their careers, become better leaders and create positive team cultures and environments for people to flourish.
