At To Be Continued we know leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about impact. With years of experience coaching leaders, executives, and teams, Rach has helped people step up, own their space, and lead with confidence. Rach has worked with high performers, industry change makers, and those who never saw themselves as leaders—until they did. She has also been in the room when careers have shifted, businesses have transformed, and leaders have realised they’re capable of more than they ever imagined.

And while we take leadership seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

That’s Rule #6—a philosophy borrowed from renowned conductor and leadership thinker Benjamin Zander, who reminds us that while leadership is important, we shouldn’t take ourselves too seriously. Rule #7? There are no more rules.

Because leadership isn’t about rigid formulas or outdated playbooks—it’s about adaptability, self-awareness, adaptability, self-awareness, and the courage to do things differently. Whether you’re stepping into leadership, refining your influence, or leading at the highest level, Rach knows how to get real results—and make the process one you actually enjoy.

When people know better, they do better"

That's why the best organisations invest in their people's development.
