Our Founder, Rachal-Ann Halliwell
Rach is a Leadership and team dynamics expert with qualifications in Business
Psychology, HR, Leadership, Project MGMT and adult learning and facilitation.
After over 20 years in a corporate career Rachal launched Professional development company To Be Continued with the goal of supporting business to create sustainably great workplaces with strong engagement, connected people and trusted leadership.
With this goal in mind, she developed courses,workplace experiences and frameworks to empower people to connect through the use of common language and tools that are easily applied in any workplace where people are a priority. Session One – Setting You Up for Success
At the very beginning, you will have a session with Rach to explore your personal leadership goals, clarify what you want to achieve, and set you up to write your leadership manifesto. The first session ensures you start with focus, confidence, and clarity, so every group session and activity feels purposeful and connected to your real-world challenges.Session Two – Bringing It All Together
At the end of the program, you’ll return to a 1:1 space with Rach, to reflect on your progress, celebrate wins, so you can translate your learnings into an actionable plan for your ongoing leadership journey.
These bookend sessions mean you’re never left to “figure it out” alone. Instead, you’re guided from the start and leave with a clear, personalised pathway forward.
