If you are commencing your career, require assistance to refine your message, or examine how employers see you, this workshop is for you. Time is allocated during the workshop to develop your portfolio.

About your convener

Rachal-Ann Jones 

Rachal-Ann is a corporate leadership specialist with over 25 years’ experience with Australia’s largest employers. As a senior leader, Rachal’s responsibility encompassed coaching and developing teams to achieve their best, this is Rachal-Ann's purpose  Rachal is passionate about helping people progress and this workshop is designed to do just that, backed by her success with developing talent.

Rachal will share vital insights and advise on best practice principles to support you to become career ready. You will also establish a foundation of personal drivers that will support you to build a sustainable values-based career. Subject to numbers, an image consultant will advise you on the how to capture the right headshot to support your portfolio content.

You will also have the chance to network with others throughout the day in a beautiful setting.
