Where Do You Think You Are?

 

This workshop is a discussion topic which focuses on getting ready for the real world, with over 25 years in corporate Australia, Rachal will talk directly to the skills needed to succeed and thrive in the big, wide world of work after leaving school. From accepting feedback to aligning to the values and disciplines of a workplace and the performance review cycle, this topic will set up school-leavers for success.

Emerging leader

 

This workshop is focussed harnessing the skills required to step up to the leadership plate. An award- winning corporate businesswoman who has led hundreds of people Rachal will work with emerging leaders to harness their potential, give strategies for self-doubt and tips to develop a mindset that does not rely on motivation alone.
